Clay pebbles, or LECA (Lightweight Expanded Clay Aggregate) make a great drainage layer in terrariums, fairy gardens or for potted plants.

Clay pebbles are porous and retain moisture while aiding drainage. They are much lighter in weight than other drainage layer substrate choices and are especially useful when creating larger, heavier terrariums.

This 180g bag contains enough clay pebbles for to create a base substrate in 2 x 20cm diameter fishbowl terrariums or at least one 25cm diameter fishbowl. The terrarium shown here is 25cm diameter.

Not recommended for children under 5 years of age  – swallowing hazard.
